The response from VIP Numbers was very poor. Although Google reviews mention quick replies, I did not receive any response even after three days, which made the website feel unreliable. In comparison, I purchased a number from Numberwale, received the UPC within two hours, and completed porting the same day. This feedback is shared to highlight the need for better responsiveness and customer service from VIP Numbers.
